@xKunehox  For the Sims 3 issue, try putting the game in windowed mode before telling your sim to throw a party.  If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you see in the party planning window.  You can use Windows key-shift-S to capture that part of the screen, at least in windowed mode.

For the other issue, I'm not sure exactly what you mean, so a screenshot or two would be helpful there as well.
