before you uninstall make a back up of your saves at the least if something does go wrong which on occasion it can the saves can disappear so go to the electronics arts/thesims3 saves folder copy that folder the desktop will do then go to control panel find the katy perry sweet treats in the programes and features clcik uninstall you may after that have to manually look for left over files and regesitry keys and delete those

then whenyou start your game again you may get a missing objects and items were replaced  message  that will mean that if your sim has or your sim had items from the KPST pack in the house or were wearing clothes or hair from that pack they will be replaced with items from the packs you do have
