People in general having issues uploading to the excahnge and I dont know what is causing it. Sometimes it might be the files are too big. Try seperating the sims household from the lot and try uploading them seperately. If you have CC, that could cause issue with upload Use Firefox or IE when uisng the sims 3 web using safari ro chrome may give you issues. Also when the sims 3 web acts up always clear your internet browser history. 1/2 the time this works with certian issues
I upladed 2 sims a few weeks ago as household free of any CC and had no problem uploading them. I use Firefox
