Can't register Pets and collect my extra content.

I bought the pets expansion pack years ago and tried to register it after opening the physical game I got from the store.  No matter what I do EA won't help me.  I am trying to register it again bc I still don't have my extra content all these years later.  EA never bothered to fix this problem.
