Re: Variety of glitches occurring since installing Island Paradise

Thank you for the fast response.

I went through my mods folder. At the moment, I only have mods from Nraas studios, and they all seem to be up to date. (Either they're for update 1.63 or 1.55-1.63)

I decided to cut my losses and deleted the old save and started a new game, to see if that would solve any issues. I saved my old household, opened up a brand new Isle Paradiso, selected them as the household I wanted to use and picked a regular house for them to live in. Now when I pressed the check mark to start playing, the game stops, the options go gray, and nothing happens.
At that point I figured I should just employ the tried and true method of turning it off and turning it back on, which worked out.

I moved them into a regular house, had her paint a large picture, and she was able to complete it and give me a dialog box on the price. I really want to say thank you for letting me know that the painting skill is borked on houseboats, it looks like to avoid issue I should just avoid those homes. Unfortunately, I've also gone back to experiencing terrible lag, occuring often and lasting for about 25 seconds each time. I have to go back to resetting my game frequently with Master Controller.

I think I'll start saving my pennies and see if I can buy Sunlit Tides to have my island/resort life without the lag. Thank you again for letting me know about the painting glitch and houseboats.
