Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

I purchased it the other day and had the same result (Roaring Heights not showing up). I did try buy it on the sims 3 store gold edition and ended up buying it twice as there was an error. Now I got 3 roaring heights content. I did send them a report on there customer service (not sure how i can see if the report went through or not) so I'm hoping for a reply and perhaps a refund on the two purchases. Not sure what else to do :/

I have the same problem. I bought it today and I can't redeem the code, because it has already been redeemd. I contacted the customer service. He said that they are working on a solution and that's why I can't get my money back. He told me that a lot of people have the same problem. I told him that they should not sell products that don't work, especially since they are on sale now.
I guess we need to wait..
