Everytime i try to open a world it says “a serious error has occurred” and i have tried EVERY single thing possible, i’ve watched so many tutorials on how to fix it and none of them are working, its still the same error message.

Just in case you don't know how to retrieve this information: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool. from there select to "Save All Information" which is located at the bottom right of that small screen. then come back on here and reply back to us with that attachment.
