Sims 3 packs not showing up in the Launcher and in-game

Only 5 out of my 16 installed packs for The Sims 3 show up in the Launcher and game (screenshots are of the packs I have installed in the EA app and packs that show up in the launcher).

What I've tried: reaching out to EA Support and following their advice, cleaning EA App Cache, reinstalling the base game and all the packs in one go, reinstalling the base game and all the packs separately, reinstalling the EA app, doing a clean boot on my PC and repairing my Sims 3 game.

I've installed the games via disc and code as a child, then registered all of my packs on the Origin App and they were still on my account and working when Origin switched to the EA app.

This issue, as far as I'm aware, has started AFTER merging my EA accounts, my Sims 3 games being from my old (and no longer existing) account. I thought the issue might be because of the merge, but Simcity (which was brought over from my old account after the merge) is working fine on my current EA account.

I also can't fully reinstall all of my packs using my discs due to me having lost a majority of my physical copies and their codes.

EA Support told me to try and post my issue here in case anyone has had or is having the same problem, stating that it must be a bug and that my issue will be forwarded to the corresponding Team.

I am on PC and my Windows is up to date, the game is NOT modded. There are also no remnants of the Origin app on my PC.

    This sounds like the live support team would need to manually re-add these packs to your account if this happened after a merge. This isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can take a look with you. 

    Please submit a new help request on the site here to speak with live support- I'd also recommend you attach this forum conversation when you contact in so the team has further details to reference on this.
