Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I have spent countless hours trying to fix the "in-game content" issue where several of my Sims 3 purchases won't allow me to download. Apparently, I needed to go into TheSims3.com and punch in the product code to download that way. However, I have had some of these products so long without a resolution, I can no longer find my email with my product codes. What am I supposed to do? Repurchase them? Also, I made the mistake of trying to enter one product code directly on the EA app. It redirected me to the Sims 3 Store site but now it is saying the code is already used despite the EA App not even accepting it.
