Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Hey, just making a post on here because EA is not making the cases I've been creating opened, and I'm a little lost. 

So, I got the worlds bundle on the EA app, and I've been emailed the codes, in which I was told on the EA app that I have to go to the Sims 3 store to redeem the codes. When I check the mark agreeing to the terms/conditions and enter the code, it just refreshes after I press redeem. Is there a pop up I'm missing or something? How do I get this to work? I have tried this on Chrome and Firefox already.

    Is there another way to purchase and download it while we all wait for our refunds? Or is it just every code atm?

    I have this problem as well (12/26)  And contacted support. After talking to support via chat, they said "Try again tomorrow" and that was it. When i asked for a refund after i found this thread they told me to contact them tomorrow after they receive payment. To which i replied, "Where did the money i paid for this go, as it is not in my account anymore?" To which they said its being processed even though it's been over an hour. I suppose i'll try to contact tomorrow for a refund but it seems as if EA is dancing around any issues and will not refund anything or fix the problem.

     yea go ahead and call for a refund with ur bank , they are so disrespectful for trying to JIP people. I am about to refund my stuff now through my bank. Future reference if you have a credit card use that for sim purchases instead its a guarenteed money back situation with proof .

    Its been sadly happening for me as well and the ea advisor told me I have to wait 72 hours before even requesting a refund. Its upsetting. I dont know why this is happening. If someone gives an update or a solution on how to fix it, Im all ears cuz I have clear caches, different browsers and even restarted my computer with zero luck.

    I didnt even get the codes emailed, Ive been trying to get in contact with them for the same reason and I've had no luck so plz lmk if you had any luck yet. im still trying to find my redeem code I only got a code about my receipt.
