Hi everyone!
I just finished speaking with EA help, who had to refund me my purchase that I made on Feb.27th (it is now March 7th) for Dragon Valley Gold Edition and Barnacle Bay. I purchased them both on the EA App. What initially had happened:
1. Made purchase on EA App
2. Redeem codes on sims 3 store (says it has already been redeemed)
3. Purchase does not show on sims 3 store purchase history but says I own the content on EA App.
4: Worlds do not show up in game
I think what is happening is a weird ownership glitch where EA App recognizes you purchased the worlds and therefor the Sims 3 store reads the codes as redeemed.
I think it is a weird glitch between the EA app and The Sims 3 store, and hopefully after long 9 days communicating with them that they will look into it.
From here on out I will personally be making my world purchases directly with the Sims 3 Store to avoid any future ownership conflicts between EA App and The Sims 3 Store.
