Sims 3 website is down?
I was trying to get to the Sims 3 website and it says 403 forbidden. Is anyone else having this problem?

The players of The Sims 3 can't communicate, because the community site shows a blank page. I wish someone could pass it to a community manager. It happens to all of us, not only me. EA help wasn't any help for me. It only offered AI.
liesemietze on the sims 3 site gave good info on why the ? thing is happening and could be a cause for my page breaking. The ? are "Umlauts" like ä, ö, ü in german. The page doesn't recognize them. So it does seem to work for status updates but not memories which might be breaking them. Some how and I know this the site used to see them on memory posts but now it no longer does :| Something happened and now we are trying to find further evidence on why this is happening to others that say memories are not what's causing this.
