Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hey i bought the sims 3 roaring heights gold edition, have not been able to redeem the code and have been told by customer service that it was already used by my email... I dont have the world nor the sim points. Customer service said they could do nothing to help me directly but that they would be "investigating" the issue mind you it was all a bunch of ai generated answers and not to mention ive seen previous forums describing the same issue that is happening to me so clearly nothing has been done. Anyway wanted to bring this to light and maybe find some help. I'd at least like a refund but customer service is of no help.
