Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

I'm having the same issue with the codes as everyone else. I'm astounded they've known about this issue for at least 20 days and it hasn't been fixed, but they're still currently selling the product on the EA app. In the UK this is 100% illegal to do, you legally can't sell a product you KNOW is faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA).

If this issue is not fully fixed in the next 2 days, I will be officially reporting EA to Trading Standards so THEY can start an investigation in to the matter. Either fix the issue or stop selling the product. Tick Tock.

Vinnyaaaa Yes, in America here and I plan on reporting to the BBB as well as writing to multiple Attorney Generals. One of the customer service reps I spoke with gave me Joel Knutson's email, the VP of Customer Experience, and I got no response. This is outrageous. I spoke to multiple agents, all of whom gave me conflicting answers and "solutions." I even see the inconsistencies playing out under this thread, for example, some people being denied refund, while others are receiving refunds, and one customer who was offered a free game. It just adds another layer to the frustration that we can't all be given the same answers/treatment. It's unprofessional, and less than unfair.
