So 2 days ago I bought 5 worlds. they show on the ea app, but not in game. I also can't get any world to load.

I am having the same issue with mine. I am just wanting my money back at this point. I tried everything suggested in the forums, but nothing worked.
I deleted the old files off my old computer and now it lets me play the sims 3
I can play the game too, but my new world I purchased won't show up no matter what I do. I have a ticket in, but all they have told me so far is to do what everyone already said to do. What do you mean by "old files"?
