Well, they do have the entries. As far as I understood Bearcameron they were missing the entry entirely (aka there was no enty for the base game). They don't look the same on everyone computer since the path is probably different and other values can vary too. Mine is different from bearcamerons
Could you ask them what EPs they have installed and maybe remake that registry picture so one can see the folders on the left side which tell you what EPs are actually installed.
Also how did they get to buy/build mode if they had an error to start the game.
I'm always a little unsure if I should jump in if one of you guys are helping out (if utter rubbish is posted I usually do but with the regulars, I'm unsure. It's like it's your 'case')
