When I go to install or uninstall the program will not respond. Please help with this. I seem to be having a hard time. I never had problems in the past so I guess it is my turn. Thanks, Sourin...
LivingFreely If you're still trying to uninstall, use this method:

Let me know what happens when you try to reinstall, and also how you're installing, e.g. through the EA App or from a disc.
If you've figured out that part now, we can move onto the Exchange issue. Please post a screenshot of the error you're seeing, and also link a couple of items you're trying to download.
I,m sorry but I was talking about anything from the exchange and store. They will not install or uninstall. The error says "There was an error while downloading content. Check the log for more information. The log just says downloading error.
