Managed to download Monta Vista, but Hidden Springs is asking to redeem code, which I have not received.

Hey, I just bought only hidden springs and got the same problems like you. Did everything but in the end only support could help me and they returned my paying and after that i bought with store money the city. Now it works.
I have just bought the Sims 3 World Bundle but only Hidden Springs has shown up on my list of worlds. I've gone though the billing history etc on the website and tried using the game code I ghot via email but it says it's already been redeemed....but Monte Vista is still not showing anywhere. Any ideas!?!?
