I'm having this issue as well, though I am on PC. I am a vanilla player (no mods). I noticed this in one save. It wasn't always there as sometimes when I entered BB it would be normal and other times it would be glitchy. I found that when I had the case of disappearing objects before placing them, exiting and reentering BB seemed to fix it. I haven't noticed this in other saves (so far). It's just that one save where I noticed it.
