0M Left Still Taking Awhile

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91.186.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything until the newest is out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unknown
What happens when the bug occurs? The event timmer hits 0m left, yet it still takes the game awhile to realize that should be cleared now.
What do you expect to see? Not the above. It used to be fine, it started happening when the mystery lag started up for many.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Happens in Vanilla + JUST MCCC, and I did do a fresh folder under documents (reset MCCC settings to default). Still experiencing event goal time freezes (though Sim clock is still going forwards), and lag. It started up I believe with High School lot, for e during a school time.

    Hi, I am not sure about your lagging issue, but the audio you're talking about is meant to be a school loudspeaker announcement. It comes from the loudspeaker object on the wall.

    I kinda feel this just happens because of the lag and it's probably not a "real" new bug per se... I've seen it happen and I felt it was actually beneficial to me because events are too short for my taste anyways. With all the bs sims are doing with walking to sit down somewhere and walk back again before they can start a social interaction or trying to find a place to put the empty glass/plate from their hand takes so much time in socialisation that it's hard to actually build relationships during events because it's so hard to get them to do what you'd want.. :/
