2A Jasmine Apt. wallpaper overlap door

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a wallpaper where the door is (actually the whole wall) in 2A Jasmine Suites
What happens when the bug occurs? Any new wallpaper placed on the side of the door overlaps the door. Also, this Wall is partly not as editable as it used to be and the issue persists.
What do you expect to see? I want to place the wallpaper of my choice without overlapping the door!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Issue happens since "For Rent" Patch. I made a PC Hardware upgrade and installed a fresh copy of Sims 4 on Windows 10.

Since The For Rent Patch all apartments in all worlds are messed up and need seriously testing and bug fixing! (very annoying) In City Living, the walls in 2A Jasmine Suites are partly impossible to edit, especially within the area around the door. As soon I place now a wallpaper? It overlaps the door. If I want to remove this one wallpaper, it says "Nothing to delete" and "Cannot make changes outside owned area. But it's inside and not outside. This action cannot be undone. If I place a new apt., this issue persists. If I remove the apt. to start over, the original wallpaper still overlaps the door on the inside and outside with the default wallpaper. If I exit the game and place a new apartment? This issue returns. Issue happens in new and existing saves. Now I don't like to play in this Apartment because this issue is annoying. Sims walk through a wallpaper. Please fix it!
