4th trait bug still not fixed despite update claims

The bug is not fixed despite claims by the last post there and the latest Oct 31 2023 update notes. I just tested it out with a new game, new character (fresh reinstall with no mods).
Previously in my experience new character in new world would not have 4th trait bug but every sim already generated by the game (Landgraabs to Goths) were bugged with 4th trait; usually the aspiration trait not yet earned. Now in new game with new character, my playable sim is bugged. Every pre-generated sim are still bugged. The only explanations is that the DLCs are whats causing this if a fresh reinstall with the update has not fixed this.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Ever since the Get Together DLC update in the original post linked above.
Don't worry I fixed it myself. Had to completely remove EA APP and ALL my EA games from my main SSD drive and deleted the Electronics Arts folder from USER/My Documents. Reinstalled EA APP and Sims 4 into 2nd SSD drive. New games no longer bugged, hurray (sarcasm). Tested old saves copied into another folder but still have issue when new sims are generated randomly as time progresses. Tons of hours and several generations of sims no longer accessible. More than half the sims saved to library bugged with randomly gaining 4th trait when loaded into game world. Delete delete delete delete delete. All I can do. Thanks for the bugs. Just as bad as Bethesda, so buggy it just works.
And how about NO, I will not get the Grow Together DLC. It caused the bug in the first place. Half the time updates introduced as new DLCs are being launched bring back old bugs. The 4th trait bug that killed all my old saves and latched itself to all my custom sims in library is the last thing I want to resurface in new games. Even writing this post was bugged, with "authentication failed" message and asking me to log back in.
