A Cooking Bug/Grim Reaper Event Bugs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions, game packs, and stuff packs, including the kits and holiday items.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the fridge to que up something to cook, and it disappears but removes the simoleons. Also, clicking on the stove will not create an action at all. Also, grilling causes my sims to start dancing and then, sometimes my actions work but then after say the third or fourth action they just stand there.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clicking on the fridge to cook a meal, say like to make Garden Salad, will show up for a second and then immediately cancel out and then take simoleons. Clicking on the stove won't even create the action and my Sim t-poses to reset. Grilling will immediately put the food item on the grill but my Sim can't interact to continue cooking and will start dancing?? Also, I've tried this with salads and it does the same thing as clicking on the fridge.
What do you expect to see? The most common one I'm having so far is the cooking. The other two I can kinda deal with. But, I've been trying to finish the Cook a Meal lv 3 or higher for the Grim Reaper Event, it's literally the last one I have to do for this week and it won't let me. I have created three NEW save files; I even backed up my file and then replaced the whole thing with a new one. And the bug still recurrs in that too. Basically, what happens is I click on the fridge to make a meal, it creates the action but then immediately removes it and takes the simoleons. When I click on to cook on the stove it doesn't do any of the actions it doesn't even create it. I've tried replacing the stove, counters and fridge, resetting them, placing them in a different part of the house and still my sim just doesn't do anything. The only thing they will do is just randomly clean things or just stand there, idle and frozen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The last time I played the Sims 4 on my desktop was before the Lovestruck Pack Patch came out, and I finished the first Event. I even removed my mods and all of my cc cause I need to update them. I've cleared my cache, my local files, repair and created a whole new Sims main file and everything else that I have tried to find on the forms. But; I'm still not a 100% sure if I'm just having this problem or others are so I wanted to report it just in case.

There's also the other bugs, like the dancing bug where my sims will just dance instead of doing interactions, I kinda fixed that with repairing my game, but it occurs with the grilling. 
My sims like a I said, stay there frozen, won't do anything or will randomly wash something and its usually where they are standing they won't even go inside to the object to clean like its out in front of them. Planting certain things causes the dirt pile to disappear and then my sim is just left standing there until i reload the lot. But there's just a lot of stuff I'm experiencing that I've managed to get through the quest for the Event but; my main concern is the cooking.
