@crinrictOkay. Moved into a new house. Same problem. That green circle just will not move. He's inspired and he draws. It just don't get counted all though he did, for the first time, get a "haven't created in a while" moodlet but it was gone and he was just inspired when I sat him down to draw. Boo. Where do we go now? This is driving me batty!! The mom and dad are almost complete 10's in everything. I really don't want to start over if it can be helped. Do you think that I accidentally glitched the kid when he flew to creativity 10 before I even really started on his aspirations? Just a theory. Can y'all think of anything else I can do or try that might fix this?
I really do thank y'all for taking the time to help me. I really like the game and it's nice to have forums where you can actually get help from nice people. 🙂
@Smkymtbear Does it help if the parent goes to the child to "Encourage" or the child uses the action "Call over to see".
Both of these boost the inspired moodlet and might be helpful.
I was going to ask if the child was any kind of an occult (alien, vampire. mermaid) but it looks like you only have base game.

I decided to delete "Ben" from the family and make a new child to take his place (gosh that sounds bad lol) to see what happens.
Exactly the same thing. This new "Ben" can't/won't finish drawing 2 pics either.
All his skills were at 0, he was in 'inspired' mood, sat him down, told him to draw. He did but the green circle would not move. He sat there until I finally told him to stop. Picture was finished but no credit for it.
I am now completely out of ideas. It seems this particular family is bugged :'(
Any other suggestions? Anyone?

@crinrictWell at least you know I'm not crazy. Something really is wrong. I guess I'll just have to accept the fact my boy will not be an artist and move on. I'm not about to start over. I moved into a new house during all this trying things and I really like it lol
