Action Progress Bar does not move while in activity table (as a child)

Future reference:  This interaction is on the Friendly conversation menu.  
I always pause to be able to find it quicker.



These actions result in this moodlet. 




Disclaimer: I have all the packs but these actions are available with base game.
Hopefully Crinrict will find something useful in your save to resolve your issue.

@EuphorialQueen Well how about that!! I was getting so aggravated that his parents were ALWAYS trying to talk to him while I was trying to finish this Aspiration I kept sending them fishing lol

I just logged in and tried this. Didn't work. ☹️ He had the option to call her (mom) over but she didn't have the option to Encourage and I checked all the places it could be. And that green circle still will not move an inch.

    @Smkymtbear I can def. duplicate the issue but haven't had much time for testing today

    I also tested my own save and it worked fine there so really unsure what's going on in yours at this point.

    @crinrictWell at least you know I'm not crazy. Something really is wrong. I guess I'll just have to accept the fact my boy will not be an artist and move on. I'm not about to start over. I moved into a new house during all this trying things and I really like it lol

    I can't thank you all enough for the tips and tricks and hints and help you have given to try to help me fix this. You're very appreciated.

    I'm not going to give up completely. I'll keep trying every once in a while and if y'all think of something else I can try just give me a holler.
