Action Progress Bar does not move while in activity table (as a child)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Suomi
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set max Creativity and all other skills in chilhood and go to the activity table for the first time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The action bar in activity table does not move. Therefore I cannot complete the childhood creativity aspiration. The child completes the artwork but seems to do it forever until stopped. If I stop it manually when the artwork is not finished and continue doing it again the bar goes to the completion level but does not move even then.
What do you expect to see? The activity bar to go like normal so that I can finish the needed two artworks and the aspiration level 1 in creativity. Now there comes no completion and I cannot complete the aspiration
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried repairing the game in the origin menu and making new save but it does not seem to work. I also bought new activity tables but it still does not work. The bug seems to be similar to this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-MHSP-Progress-Bar-doesn-t-Move-while-Watching-Movie/td-p/9174919. That bug has a patch. I believe I am using the latest version.

Here is a screenshot of whats happening. The artwork is complete and the sim has been drawing for three hours and wont stop. The action bar of the task is at its beginning.

    @Guinnieburger Make sure it is the one that came with the base game as there is one that came with seasons that the developers haven't gotten around to connect to the aspiration. The object list is huge so they may have forgot to add it to the aspiration.

    I'm also having this same issue. I've tried on two different households. With both kids they were inspired and the green progress thing didn't move. I use no mods and It's the activity table that came with the base game. I just started playing Sims 4 a week or two ago and haven't been able to complete this task.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Dine Out and Nifty Knitting
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bring child sim to activity table to draw while inspired
    What happens when the bug occurs? The green progress meter doesn't move while drawing at the activity table, to complete the Artistic Prodigy (Childhood Aspiration)
    What do you expect to see? The sim to complete the drawing, the green progress meter to finish and for the sim to be able fulfil the Artistic Prodigy aspiration.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
