Adult/elder sims do not show age marks

@carolscosta14 Do you still have issues after yesterdays patch ? I can't duplicate this.

@crinrict the elder Sim that I already had in my family before the patch is still bugged ☹️ I think I'll wait for a young adult sim that I have in the family to get older to see if he loses the marks of age too, he just turned young adult before patch so there's a chance he wont get bugged
