After the sims 4 update issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game, stuff, and kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims cannot whoo-hoo when selecting this option to have children, the only option is to "have a science baby". Also when in build mode I cannot place any objects as it disappears after I select it to place it down.
What do you expect to see? Nothing because it does not work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
