Anyone else getting static noises showing up on their game?

I've been having this issue for years to the point i replaced my PS4 because i thought it was that. Turns out it's just Sims 4 that makes my console give a "static"/"buzzing" sound. It's frustrating because it's just gotten worse over time. There is always a buzz now, zoomed in or not, and literally just today it's the worst i've ever heard it and i've done nothing new since last playing it.
