ive had the same issue with the loading into a lot and having the elders die its happened with 2 dif households on the same save. as well as the elders dying i had infants and a teen age up and  I believe at one of my adult sims *tried* to age up but never did. 

to be honest, I don't think they were at the point where they were going to die/age up but i cant be sure. i play with long life and Auto Ageing for played households off so idk tbh. i didn't even think it was a bug but it happen with the only 2 households I've got elders in so idk.

    @JMoldypotato What platform are you playing on and do you usually use mods/cc ?
