Nobody's got an idea?

I'll start a new save and level up to 9 Handiness and see if that gets me anywhere. Will report back with findings.

Does anyone know why the channel surfer trophy won’t pop? 
I’ve been reading every tip you can find online but it is not working. What the f please help
