Yes I always delete all cache each time I start the game. I haven't been able to play since August 8 after the update it completely broke my game and I removed all of my mods. The issue is my sims reset everytime they try to socially interact with other sims.

We've been unable to reproduce this issue internally, if you are still encountering this on the latest game version (without mods), could you please provide screenshots or save files (save file instructions here http://x.ea.com/74420) of it occurring in-game to assist with our investigation?
