What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have almost all of them installed, except for a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build mode from live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Objects cannot be picked up and placed.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to build.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch from 1/16/23
Objects and furniture disappear or don't even get grabbed from the catalog. The first item places fine but then any item after that totally disappears and cannot be placed without having to rush and hope it places right.
I've had this issue on and off for years. Typically it flares up when I have moveobjects on. If it's happening, I usually have to go in and out of build mode or every object. Or restart the game and not turn on moveobjects until I have most things where I want them.
It's still something that shouldn't be happening...but I don't have high hopes EA will fix it unfortunately.
