[ARCHIVED] Can't make changes to build

I am having this same issue. Specifically with all Restaurant type Lots.

I tried to send a direct message with save file to TheSimsDirect, but I am blocked from doing so (pic attached).

What do you recommend?

Hello! I am on Xbox and cannot share files, but I thought it would be helpful to let you know that this bug only occurred for me after buying the Castle build Kit. This is after the update, and I also did not have For Rent; but the second I bought the kit my game proceeded to bug in build mode and crash consistently, only when using the castle kit with other pack items. No mods, multiple save games. Thanks!

Here are two of my saves! 

The first one is the one I play in. The sims are currently living in Oasis Springs. I tried to place a flooring and it wouldn't stick and I tried to save but, it kept saving nonstop. It didn't happen the next time luckily, so I have no idea what causes it.

The second one is my building save. If you visit the Domus Familiaris lot across from the Heckings you will see the issue once you bulldoze. This doesn't just happen when bulldozing though, it happens when you want to add to the build and the issue occurs randomly it seems.

Hi, sorry to bother but I couldn't send a private message (says "access denied"...) but I thought since I'm encountering this bug too, I should send you the link to my save file and a short video showing what the problem is, still. (On my Google Drive)

I was just trying to build something on the 50x50 snowy lot in Mt Komorebi after having bulldozed another lot I had downloaded from the gallery, and suddenly I couldn't place any objects (they would just disappear), I couldn't suppress any room (when trying to delete some, the room would just "unselect" itself), and I couldn't sell any item too. I tried other tools like the hammer for walls, and a few would be deleted, but some stayed and then when trying to delete it again, a message would pop up telling me that there's nothing to delete....anymore. 

I tried going into manage world without saving and going in again, it didn't work. 

I have no mods or cc installed. Game is up to date and I have all packs except for Journey to Batuu and the last two kits that were released recently ("artist studio" and "storybook nursery") and I am on PC.

If there was another way to send this to you I'm sorry, I didn't know how. 

(English is not my first language so very sorry for any grammar errors or if any of my sentences don't make sense I'll try to explain more)
