[ARCHIVED] Can't make changes to build

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them except most of the kits and star wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place a house from the gallery, then enter build mode and try and place an item. it will place but then when you try to delete it or cancel it, it wont work. however i have found that if i go into live mode and back into build/buy it will work to place/delete 1 item and then if i do the same again i can repeat the process, but this is annoying and i would like to see it fixed
What happens when the bug occurs? placing and deleting items in build/buy will not work.
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to place or delete whatever items i want. how am i supposed to make changes to my house if im constantly leaving and entering build and live mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i believe this was a new addition either after the for rent or crystal creations patches
