[ARCHIVED] Can't make changes to build

Apologies if this isn't in the right place, also had this occur on a fully 100% vanilla (not even mccc) game! (even moved out my tray and saves folder then also just in case)

After some time doing work while in BuildBuy, be it actually building or just moving items into inventories/items onto tables to move into the household inventory, eventually the game won't respond to a glitch on moving or trying to place something, but may appear to respond on clicking where the picked up item was originally. However, it is also possible sometimes to get a ghost-copy attached to your cursor, however picking up or choosing something else removes the ghost copy but still the game won't respond to the clicks. You can open escape menu there and go to live mode, though whether livemode will run properly then is 50/50, you can't save in this glitch, nor can you exit game normally - the Exit Game click won't respond, and the menu to save game never loads so can't  even attempt saving (not that it'd work even if you could save then anyways). Nothing to do in this situation other than unfortunately end task out of game.

Have all known Packs and Kits to date (until a new one appears), latest version of game.
