[ARCHIVED] [CD] Captain Whitaker is no longer a ghost

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Manage Households and find Captain Whitaker
What happens when the bug occurs? Captain Whitaker is no longer a ghost dog.
What do you expect to see? Captain Whitaker as a ghost dog.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated my game to 1.110.265.1030

I think it may have something to do with the new ghost tab in CAS.

    Newly generated Sulani Elementals will be elders. But the existing one (if you had one before) can't revert to the previous role.

    I had Elementals in my save and I edited them in CAS. I still can't decide whether I should use them as new Sulani locals or try to change them to the elementals again. But I don't want to make them old T__T. So, I want to wait for a while or until the TS4 team makes clear about this.

    Sulani Elementals (they are young adults), and Captain Whitaker are no longer ghosts.

    Just updated my game, same thing on my end, Captain Whitaker isn't a ghost anymore.

    Capitan Whitaker is still not a ghost as of January 2025.
