Hello!
I have a handful of Retail lots throughout various worlds in my save file. Everything was working perfectly fine with them until I built a bakery in Magnolia Promenade. Suddenly, now I cannot click on any item that is on sale. Literally nothing happens, no pop-up to say "Purchase for XX." I bulldozed all the affected retail stores, saved them in my library, exited the game, replaced them, even tested having a different sim own one of the stores, but to no avail. I went back to a previous save file, the issue was there as well, which is very strange. I place a copy of one of the builds I saved in my Library into a totally blank save file and tested, and it worked! But why is it not working in my current save file all of a sudden? It's like I could use it on a Monday, then on a Tuesday after building a new Retail lot, suddenly I can't purchase anything at Retail stores.
This issue at first only affected 4 out of the 6 retail stores I have. Now it seems to be affecting all of them. I use CC and have many of those items on sale in my stores. I tested with none of the script mods in my game, and it I still couldn't click anything. No updates to any of my CC have happened in the literal 24 hours between me being able to use my retail lots to them no working, no patch or game updates have occurred. Not sure why this could be the case. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, that is my issue!! I can't confirm the retail staff not spawning because I haven't checked for that, but I have downloaded the fix Rex provided and will test in my game with no mods or CC (except MCCC) first to see if that helps. Hope it works, thanks!
