@aeh2930 Have you updated your game to the latest version?
If your lots still aren't functioning properly try rehiring the staff as that can help get them working again. Mine is fixed with the latest patch but that helped me before it was fixed.

Did you guys hire someone when you played the family that owned them ?
- aeh29302 years agoNew Rookie@crinrict Yes, I had my sim hire someone. My sim was actually at the store when I visited the retail lot as a customer too but left even though I hadn’t closed it before switching over.

I tried again and it worked!!! Thank you!! The sim I hired initially was one that I created (from a different household, not the active one with the retail store). This time I hired a random sim I didn’t make as the retail worker and now the store functions fine. Thank you so much for the suggestion!!
