I'm playing on version 1.108.335.1020 DX11 (latest version) and this bug persists: vets and retail workers of owned business will not spawn if you visit the lot as a costumer:

the problem also happens with retail workers, but I didn't create the save file for that yet.
ok, I've just created a save file for retail workers too: it's Slot_00000007.save
