Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim purchase a retail lot, place an item for sale, have another sim(different household) attempt to purchase an item from the owned retail store.
What happens when the bug occurs? When clicking on a for-sale item in an owned retail store, nothing comes up and the item cannot be purcahsed. If you sell the retail store back into the void, you can then purchase items from the retail lot again.
What do you expect to see? Clicking on a retail item for sale on a sim owned lot does not populate a "purchase" option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have a sim that owns a bakery.
I was in another household and went to the bakery to purchase a cake.
When clicking on the item I see the price tag on my cursor, but nothing pops up when I click.
Upon selling the bakery back into the void, items are now able to be purchased again without issue.
