Help! I've painted multiple cats and uploaded them to the gallery. I downloaded them into a house and they were pure black (Besides the eyes). I spent HOURS making them and can't find a way to fix it! I saw that someone said to paint on the cat, but when I do that only the original cat texture shows up, not my paint! I do use mods and CC, but that shouldn't affect my art. What is the problem?
So, it appears that some cats have resolved on their own. Maybe it takes a day or two for the paint to register in the system properly, or maybe the Sims 4 has moderators that check the painted pets before they are shared. One thing I have noticed is that this has only occurred in pets that I had to rename because the system wouldn't let me publish it, because the system thought it was offensive. For example, I shared a MaineCoon that took multiple tries to publish as I tried to find out what was wrong (You may notice that there is no space in MaineCoon, that's because the second part has multiple meanings). My current broken pet had to be fixed because the system didn't like me naming the cat "Toph" even though the gallery name was also Toph. The cat's name is now Catsipher.
