Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure unless it happens
What happens when the bug occurs? I reopened the game after saving to find all my pets black like a silhouette, and all my paintings & pictures either a blank canvas or a black photo.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pets the colour I had them before I closed the game last, and my paintings and photos to still have images on.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I closed and saved the game last night with all the paintings and pictures still with images on because I was creating a new lot, and used paintings from reference from the gallery. I opened the sims 4 on console today as I usually do to load my game up to find all my pets blank, and my paintings and photographs too. ☹️ this is really discouraging as it is my legacy save file that I have been playing for years! I tried restarting the game, hard restarting my Xbox, uninstalling some packs and reinstalling, and it’s still the same. Please help! ☹️
