After the september update my penthouse in the same district as chic apartment was insanely broken. A new save broke it, but chic didnt break for me until October's update... and new saves have not fixed it at all.

I didnt check other apartments at the time, but I'm currently looking at 702 zenview and it also has the same problem.

    Also got this just now--in a freshly-updated game, in a brand new save, with no mods. I didn't bulldoze before I built anything. I just rented it empty and went about my business. And then I saw this.

    (I feel you, girl.)

    The workaround did fix it, at least for the moment. But the hallway is still roofless.
