Hello, I went through every apartment building using special editing tools to edit the common areas (the shared spaces) to fix the issues in this save file here:

Make sure to change the last two digits of this save so it does not replace any existing saves in your saves folder. These fixes are specific to this save only, but it is a good workaround, given the fact if Maxis ever fixes the issues, the saves affected will not be fixed retroactively due to how the lot data is done for save files.
The fixes are:
-All ceilings redone to work with the latest game version
-All elevators replaced to be the correct wall height
-Flooring added to Spire and Jasmine apartments as there were none
-Fixed Hakim House outdoor & indoor wallpaper
-Some minor touch ups to fix positions of some objects, like decorative plants sticking through walls.
