Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the game update was installed, sims on 1 Torendi Tower Penthouse lot aren't able to use the elevator. Try to have a sim go downstairs. Try to have a sim leave the house and then go upstairs to get back in. Invite a sim over to hang out at the lot and see that they will wait outside of the building and cannot use the elevator.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim says something is in the way and they can't go where you're telling them and the action is canceled out.
What do you expect to see? The elevator is not working on the 1 Torendi Tower Penthouse lot. When I invite a sim over to visit, they wait outside the building and aren't able to come to the front door. My sim is not able to go downstairs with the elevator. They can only leave the house to go to work. Telling the sim to go here doesn't work. I had a sim and pet outside the penthouse and now they can't get back in and are stuck outside. The sim is saying that something is in the way but I can't see what would be stopping them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I tried reset sim and that didn't work. I also tried exiting the game and returning and still had the issue.
@crinrict Yes I had harvest fest with gnomes. How would I get rid of them?
Thank you. I read through the old threads and saw someone else also had the trash plant in front of the doors. I have that also and wonder if the trash plant is what is blocking the way? @crinrict
