[ARCHIVED] [CL] Elevator not working

Thank you. I read through the old threads and saw someone else also had the trash plant in front of the doors. I have that also and wonder if the trash plant is what is blocking the way? @crinrict 

@crinrict thanks for adding me to the existing thread. After reading through it I confirmed my suspicion that the trash plant in front of the doors was what was blocking the way. I resolved this by entering in the cheat code testingcheatsenabled true by clicking shift ctrl and c..

This allows you to teleport. Then just shift click on the ground to where you want to transport to. I teleported to outside of the building and took cuttings from the plant 3 times before it gave the option to dispose of dead plant. Then I put the trash in my inventory to move it out of the way.

Now they can go down the elevator and the issue is fixed!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Leave a trash pile outside of an apartment building on the tile.
What happens when the bug occurs? If the trash is left long enough a trash plant will spawn blocking the entry into the apartment building. There is no way to remove the trash plant. The Sims will experience a routing error.
What do you expect to see? No trash plant to appear on the sidewalk.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I forgot to take a picture.  I had to reload my game because my Sims could no longer leave or enter the apartment through the elevator.  The apartment building I experienced this in was 21 Chic Street Apartments in the Fashion District.  All the apartments in the same building were affected.

I believe that the elevator is broken in my sims. My sims can't go downstairs and visitors can't go to her apartment.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to leave the apartment (Medina Studios Apartments) By clicking on the elevator and selecting (Go Downstairs)
What happens when the bug occurs? My character(s) will walk away from the elevator and onto a corner of the room and then wont complete the action.
What do you expect to see? I tell my character to leave the apartment, but they dont.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It started happening when the Paranormal Stuff Pack was added.
