Do you mean the land lord or the actual repair man ?
What kind of things did you call for ?
Thank you for your fast reply, Crin! Sorry for the confusion, I meant the land lord. It happens with everything I call him for. Be it the mice, the *roaches, the blocked garbage disposer in the hallway, the utility box or the pipes. I'm currently playing the German version of the game.
