[ARCHIVED] [CL] Landlord doesn't leave

When I call the land lord he doesn't leave after he is finished repairing things. Even if my sim leaves the apartment and returns he is still there. The only way to get him out is to either take him ...

I too have this problem, in fact my landlord started a fire cooking a meal on the grill and died while my Sims were asleep...
