What happens when the bug occurs? Not able to even attempt first task - Missing new social interaction in pie menu : Ask Sim about their Holiday Traditions.
I followed Crinrict suggestions to prepare for this event. I moved my whole Sims 4 folder and repaired the game, making a new Sims 4 folder to play from. There were no mods at all. I made sure the localthumbcache.package was deleted as well as the accountDataDB.package.
I made a brand new game.

I restarted the game 10 times and attempted this multiple times with different saves before this. I can't even do the first task on any of them.
I even went to a MAC computer that had never downloaded the Sims before and downloaded the EA app and the Sims to see if I could get this event to work. I installed a brand new game and started a brand new save file. Even that didn't work. I had the Cozy Celebrations girl picture on the upper left, and I could open it and see the tasks and rewards, but no social options to actually complete the first task or the second task or anything. I can't even use the UI cheats to make the tasks "complete" like I did for the Reapers Event.
This even is so broken.
What do you expect to see? The social pie menu with the new selection to actually attempt the first task.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? This is the new event not working.
